We are happy to refund all online purchases except sale items, on condition the item is unworn and tags attached within 14 days of purchase. 

*Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable and the return shipping to us is at the customers expense.

Each item we send out is initially quality controlled, however if there is a fault in the garment please use our inquiries form to contact us directly.  We will happily cover all postage cost to replace it with an identical item.  If the item isn’t available you will be issued your choice of a store credit with free shipping or a refund.

Exchanges

If however, your garment is not the right fit, we will happily exchange your garment for a different size.  If the item isn't available you will be issued your choice of a store credit or refund.  If you choose a store credit we will send you a code to use at the checkout when making your next purchase. The code will allow free shipping!
