Each item we send out is initially quality controlled, however if there is a fault in the garment please use our inquiries form to contact us directly. (Please Note, we do not refund or exchange due to change of mind) We will happily cover all postage cost to replace it with an identical item whenever possible. If the item isn’t available you will be issued your choice of a store credit with free shipping or a refund.
If you wish to return an item for a store credit we will send you a code to use at the checkout when making your next purchase. The code will allow free shipping!
If however, your garment is not the right fit, we will happily exchange your garment for a different size, whenever possible on condition the item is unworn, unwashed and tags attached. If the item isn’t available you will be issued a store credit. *Please note; No exchange after 14 days of purchase. Postage is not covered for exchange so please check our measurement guide on each item listed.
