A little while back, during the thick of Winter hibernation that was endured by the Melbourne and regional lockdown, we joined forces with the dynamic duo Meg and Rod, owners and creative story tellers of 'Drawn With Light' from the Mornington Peninsula, on a collaborative photo-shoot for our recent collection 'Mystique' inspired by a calm and coastal/country vibe.
Together we dreamed up some magic for you, starting by creating a mood board to make sure we were on the same page with our inspiration. Meg being in love with all the little details in our pieces; the delicate shirring, buttons and sweet fabrics.
"They give me such a sense of whimsy and add a dash of special to every day. I would love to honour this energy and create some beautiful motion shots alongside detailed and lifestyle images."
Meg and Rod really nailed the brief capturing the whimsical and alchemical energy of these pieces, so beautiful in the details as well as the soft motion portraying a gorgeous 'poetry in motion' feel to each garment.
With the style of imagery and beautiful backdrop of 'Where Land Meets Sea', accessorised by Spring Summer essentials and artistic props, Meg and Rod did an amazing job at capturing the essence of this collection.
