Q. What is your refund policy?

A. Each item we send out is initially quality controlled, however if there is a fault in the garment please use the form below to contact us directly. (Please Note: We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind) We will happily cover all postage cost to replace it with an identical item whenever possible.  

If however, your garment is not the right fit, we will happily exchange your garment for a different size, whenever possible on condition the item is unworn, unwashed and tags attached.  *Please note; No exchange after 14 days of purchase.  Postage is not covered for exchange so please check our measurement guide on each item listed. 

Q. How much is shipping?

A.  We provide a flat rate shipping cost of $10 AUD when shipped anywhere in Australia, and $12 AUD for Express Post within Australia.

Our International flat rate is $15 AUD and Express International postage is a flat rate of $17 AUD. 

We also offer Free Shipping* on orders over $100 AUD.

Q. how long will my purchase take to get to me?

A. Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48hrs, but often sooner. Please note, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

All items are issued tracking numbers & shipped via Australia Post.

Standard shipping service takes 2-5 days within the same state (Vic), depending on location & 3-6 days to other states.

Express post is also available and generally takes one day to arrive, but can take up to 3 days after the order has shipped. 

International shipping service takes 5-10 business day delivery time.

Please note, we can not guarantee international shipping deliveries due to customs & duties of different countries.

Q. will my order be subject to customs & tax fees?

A. Your order may be subject to custom fees and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount & percentage breakdown.
